I worked at Webs as an intern

    Pros

They gave you free breakfast and lunch. The company had a great atmosphere and start up culture. The employers treated everyone with respect. This was a great place to work.

    Cons

There weren't too many downsides. If you are looking to work in a big office with hundreds of employees this is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

I would advise you to keep doing what you are doing. I really enjoyed my time working at Webs. I would not make any major changes.
