Company only hires freshers, no experienced persons are hired. No HR department, so no one to take care about what employees need. No standard development or QA or testing methodology followed. No flexible timing and min 10hrs working (including half hour lunch break) No cellphones allowed inside. Employee can not go outside for anything during working hours. No job stability, employees are fired at anytime and for any reason. No perks of working in software industry. Constant watch is kept on employees during working hours using cctv cameras.
