6yI don't know that you are really an employee of this company. All the information you have provided here is false.
We do not fire anyone without notice. Anyone having difficulty is given plenty of help and training to improve. There are NO restrictions in talking with people. Interaction is what makes a company successful. However, mobile phones are restricted within the office due to security reasons. Mobile phones can be used outside the office any time. You made a silly point about bathroom time. It is showing your thinking level.
You have mentioned in comments that you have the experience of one to two years. But you also mentioned in Advise to management, that do not play with the career of fresher students. Looks like that you are misguiding people.
