Cons
Overworked and over stretched. Leadership expectations are unrealistic Staff aren't appreciated - working your socks off doesn't get you anywhere. Leadership are reactivate - hence the mass recruitment. Over promise to clients Have unrealistic expectations Promotions are already pre planned and are awarded on whether your background looks good on paper rather than skillset. Don't bother to work hard, standout t to prove yourself. It will only get you on LinkedIn updating your CV and looking elsewhere. Progression is non existent. The company doesn't support education or invest in educating its staff past GMS. Don't expect a work life balance because you don't get that.
