You can learn java In depth, and they have written a code to write code because of the solid base groundwork.

1. No job security, If you don't want to be a slave you have higher chance of getting fired. 2. Work life balance. They ask you to work almost 16 hours a day. 3. Micromanagement there is no room for creativity and invention here you have to do as they say. 4. No proper plan and unmeetable deadlines because of aggressive commitments. 5. Leaves are there but you can't take because you have to submit leave letter. 6. Testing team don't even know what to test. 7. You are not allowed to talk while working. 8. Constant changes in requirements they even change the database relations in day and ask you to complete by night. 9. Service locator design pattern they call it as "Wellspring framework". 10. They don't care about your career growth since they only want a typist not a developer. 11. Release process is a joke. 12. You cannot ask questions and you can't give suggestions. 13. Worst mandane process and 7 working days a week.
