it can be very easy to interview process for wellspring technology.. it can be conduct on programming on java with execute their systems and next round will be direct face to face on hr thn final round with manager to select

Questions went on all directions starting from tell about yourself to everywhere.Nothing technical though. It would be better if they call people for interview only when they have real requirements. Looked like a waste of time for me.
