Poor management Not recognised for skills and talent, purely personality based and if you don’t fit into the clique then you are pushed out and treated poorly No discussion on progression or career goals Keeping staff that are harming the business because they feel obliged If you are not making money you’re treated awfully - not all staff are in positions that bring in money

Good culture Management actually care and support Sales roles have huge scope for progression and growth Beautiful office and amenities

There aren't any- I've been in my role for nearly 10 years and many other employees are likewise which is a testament to how its run.
