      Pros

      -The organisation has strong values that they genuinely try to live everyday -There is a strong mission and clear 3 year strategy -The organisation is committed to becoming more sustainable -Although starting from a low base, the company is taking diversity and inclusion seriously (both internally and for it consumer base) -A new reward approach has been launched that rewards employees based on both organisational performance and improving capabilities however the launch has been poorly communicated/ implemented -People are really friendly and helpful, often going the extra mile to help -The leadership team is transparent and honest -There is a lot of cross-organisational collaboration

      Cons

      -It feels like the organisation is trying to do too much and needs to focus on fewer things to deliver more -The organisation has a lot of technological challenges which has been exacerbated by the turnover in tech staff -Sometimes there are "too many cooks in the kitchen". Collaborative working is important but it doesn't mean everyone needs to be involved in everything. There also needs to be more delegation, starting right from the top

      Thanks very much for such positive and varied feedback. The list of ‘pros’ that you mention is extensive and relate to a wide range of aspects considered key to a good workplace. It’s great to see that you’re able to point so clearly to all of those as benefits. You raise an interesting point around focusing on fewer things. That’s fair comment as it’s something that we identified a while ago. There may still be more work to do on that front but we’re getting there. Technological challenges and ‘too many cooks?’ Again, we’re looking to address any issues there as part of us continuing to work hard on looking at HOW we work.

      Pros

      Friendly and has it's heart in the right place. Feels good, man!

      Cons

      For a rather small company it has a lot of inertia. Autocratic leadership out of depth in the digital age of publishing.

Our 'great pedigree' has been nurtured over many years (more than 60 now!) and we're still continuing to evolve. That leads onto your less positive comments. After a recent very detailed strategy review, Which? now certainly has a new and dynamic future to look forward to - and that applies to our many thousands of members and supporters, as well as our staff.

      Great culture, atmosphere, location and much more.

      Compensation is not ideal but everything else is fantastic
