Pros
Company is good and offers good package Works on latest methodologies, but this is applicable only to in house projects, project is assigned to limited people (favorisom). Many guys are in bench. Verification Engineers are asked to do some non technical works. Office culture is worst, promotion is there at all. Top level management is worst, I did not feel any motivation in my career here.
Cons
Challenge is huge if you work here, not from work but because of top level management. Worst management. Don't recommend freshens to join here, because you never know when freshers will be fired. One man rule applies here. Very limited clients, very limited projects. Favorisom, partiality, influence works here. Work life balance is worst.. You need to work on Saturdays as well. No compensation.
