Whizchip interview questions

Worst ever process of my life. Egoistic CEO and worst panel. This happened couple of years ago when I was looking out as relatively a fresher. I am writing this now as this still haunts me in my dream even today. I travelled all the way from a different city to take the first round. A lady from panel asked me to write programs on: 1) Conversion from binary to hexadecimal 2) Read the file and count the number of words with a filter criteria and two more. It had to be executed on a machine, hence I was able to do the first two and partially the remaining one and left another program as I was unaware. But the lady from the panel forced me to google the solution and complete which I didn't want to. Guess what next, holding grudge and to avenge against me, this happened the next week.. where again I traveled from different city to this company to attend the next round of F2F as I got call from HR. After travelling in hungry stomach for 4 hours in the early morning, it was coming to me. In the second round, the Mr. CEO called me to a conf. room and humiliated me as I am not a good software developer. He even spoke personally about me and insulted me that I wont be able to take care of my family ---- ! :( (If I wasnt selected in first round they could have straight away told me. What's the need to call and performing a suicidal insult on a candidate??. They do not have any right to do that) Thank god, today I am a very senior resource in my current company, and the companies I have worked till today, have recognized me as one of the critical asset to have. Thats enough for me and I need not prove anything to these kind of egoistic people. CAUTION: people stay away from these kind of egoistic Scamsters and villains. They will have a negative impact on you.

there will be 2 rounds, one is written for fresher and other one is technical discussion. there is no career for fresher, as there is no tool and no client for project. while relieving they give lot of torcher.
