Pros
WildBrain truly has it together. They have organized every aspect of this company with success in mind. Their on boarding process is hands on and includes a variety of insightful activities and meetings that allow you to hit the ground running. Not only is the culture inclusive but they really push to help build creating and team bonding within. My team has been incredible with pivoting work and tasks to ensure it fits team members strengths but to also balance work load. It's been such a great start, and I'm looking forward to seeing how I grow within.
Cons
I will say the onboarding process is time consuming, but I think this is universal. My manager was incredible about easing me into my role and workload until the onboarding process was wrapping up which was much appreciated!
