      hire and fire organization, abusive people, non collaborative and sharing culture for new comers. Questionable behaviour say one thing and do the opposite. Founders control everything. Heavy micromanagement and unreliable with irrational biases

      Well-paid job, getting salary on time. Enough weekends and sick days. If you haven't used your weekends in a year, you can carry them over to the next one or take money

      Cons

      Constant worries about the company closing. Managers often do not find common ground with investors. An unpleasant suspended state.
