Pros
If you survive this company for the 1st year...better yet 2 years....you can be confident you are a bad dude/gal. Compensation is pretty good. Practice managers are awesome......
Cons
This company manages to survive via their uncanny ability to attract top talent...who soon learn that they where lied to. They claim that they are a consultancy company, but are only kept afloat by staff augmentation that they do not train their "consultants" for. A typical occurrence is for an engineer to be hired for a particular project...only to find out on their first day...that the project they where hired for does not exist, and that they will placed on a project that is not within their skill set, but are expected to become "expert" in(read as one chapter ahead of the customer reading the targeted technologies most read authoritative text". Benefits are horrible and progressively got worse. HIgh turn over rate. This company has recently laid off entire teams due to losing contracts and hiring teams for imagined contracts that never come to fruition. You are expected to get the job done no matter how ridiculous the requirements are, or lack of support you are getting....and you will likely not be compensated for off hours worked. You want training? Train yourself.
