Pros
I really enjoyed my time at Wingstop. Co-workers were great, we often had a speaker going on during our shifts which made the atmosphere very friendly and enjoyable. Can get stressful during rush hour, especially when only two or three people are working but I'd imagine that's the norm for this industry. Food quality is great too, I think Wingstop flavors are better than any of its competitors but I may be a bit biased..
Cons
I think your experience at Wingstop, regardless of whether you are a customer or employee, is contingent on the manager's competence. I personally had a great experience but after speaking with Wingstop employees from other locations it really just depends on the manager. If you do not have a good manager then you will not receive proper training, which means that you will not have productive workers.
