I have been working at Wingstop full-time

    Pros

Go on paid trips with the owners, work by yourself usually

    Cons

No PTO, No holiday pay, No support from owners, No sick time, You only get 1 week's worth of vacation after working here for 1 year, and pay is horrible. The owners do not want to pay you for your worth. The owners want you to go above and beyond for them, but they are not willing to do the same for you.
