Pros

Winmor offers an opportunity for growth in an economy that is hard to find any kind of employment in. Not only is there no seniority, but promotions are based on pre-set requirements rather then politics. If you are willing to work hard for what you want to accomplish, earn your promotions, and not afraid to make an investment in your future this is a great place to work. The team environment is both stimulating and motivational, it is nice to know you have people on your side who want to see you do well. Great diverse group with something for everyone.

Cons

Hard work & long hours, but worth it as it leads to promotions and bigger opportunities.

Pros

Nothing. Literally nothing. Do not waste your time.

Cons

I don't know where to begin. First off, my interview sessions were packed with 20 or so other people, so much that they only spent 3 minutes at least speaking to me during a lazy interview. When I was hired, we traveled to the Bronx from their office in Manhattan (they don't reimburse your travel) which was when they elaborated on what the job actually entails - door to door selling. Not only are you selling door to door, you are trespassing, their selling technique is amateur and aggressive, and all that my "leader" seemed to stress on was the opportunity of growth, which is determined by how many people you hire and how much they sell (which is challenging when so many people drop this job once discovering what is expected). It is 100% commission. You are working until 9PM, sometimes later, and starting in the morning. There is no guaranteed growth in the company. The "office" is a room with no tables, no chairs, and miscellaneous whiteboards where we are taught by people who have no business teaching. I was embarrassed by how much they scammed me. Do not waste your time. They are not straight up with you at all, and you will find yourself working hard, and for long hours, without a steady income.
