Cons
Management is incompetent and promoted based on who they know not what they know, HR is lead by the CEOs ex football coach and treats the entire staff like they are the children he used to lead. Pay is poor and funnels up to the management. Management is made up of friends and family of the CEO providing no future prospects by providing results only by sucking up to the CEO or his friends.
