      Pros

      Great mid-town location, great health insurance, and free snacks.

      Cons

      Low pay, lots of stress, and high turnover. Many good people have left, so there are few opportunities to learn and grow. Management's answer to everything is "suck it up and work harder".

      - great work environment - extremely flexible hybrid system - given a lot of responsibility if wanted. - great monthly employee happy hour - extremely transparent monthly townhalls

      Can’t think of anything, incredible place.
