Pros
- Autonomous teams - Make your own schedule, as long as your work is done and you participate in necessary meetings all is good, communication with your team-members is key - Great benefits (office lunches, stock options, support for healthy activities, team and company events, depending on the office but TLN office even has a gym etc) - The software and hardware being used for work is great and advanced! - You can take on additional tasks from other teams if you are interested
Cons
- The start can be confusing (a lot of information at once), but I promise after the first month that feeling will pass and replace with "I am so happy I stuck with it." - This is actually not a con (for me), but be prepared to work hard, if you are not used to it, then this isn't a place for you.
