      Cons

      For those who really need that in-person social interaction, the W-F-H setting may be a downside. There is a head office in Cleveland but if you're not local (or close), you may never get to visit it.

      Pros

      Great place to work, even though we are going through a bit of a struggle, everyone is trying their best to continue to make this a great place to work and improve on past mistakes/troubles.

      Cons

      Just some hard times with layoffs and trying to continue after that, but we're making it work

      Remote friendly Some people are truly talented

      Cons

      Many departments are separated They are really sneaky and do not care for their employers When you're let go everything is disconnected. There's no communication. Things just stop. I had to email several people for an explanation. No one ever knows what's happening. It's very weird and I have never experienced this in my career. If you have a second option please choose the other option.
