      Flexible work schedule Still some great people that are left Core product works well and loved by clients

      Cons

      Management. Exec leadership team does not know how to manage and did not watch costs accordingly despite revenue numbers never improving which led to a layoff of 75 people and not one senior manager included in that. HR is not based in US even though its a US based company so very frustrating to deal with them post layoff but they also do not adhere to confidential conversations so addressing concerns with them is not possible. Lots of competitors to the Within3 product and they laid off half their account team which is a huge asset to this company so worried about the impact on contract without the support.

      Decent healthcare Remote work options

      Cons

      Very disorganized workplaced. Siloed in their business model, with many departments disconnected from the other. Company did not plan well for the growth they experienced, therefore the growing pains are exponential. Management is ‘cliquey’ and friends of friends tend to get hired and promoted versus the most qualified candidate. Toxic culture.

      Non-exec employees try to support each other

      Inexperienced C-Suite managing less experienced execs. Promotions based not on merit but on favoritism. The egos that prevent execs and c-suite from listening to people they actually know their job may cause the company’s undoing. Watching it play out in real time and being impacted by it with an HR dept that provides zero employee support.
