      Pros

      The company as a whole is a great company, decent compensation and benefits. Some managers are great, some not so much.

      Cons

      No work life balance, overwhelming work load, unreal expectations, narcissistic managers, gas lighting, sink or swim mentality, and way too many meetings!

      Pros

      What was Sawyer was a privately held company that was very tight-knit and supportive. Recently bought out by Gallagher and the transition has been very rocky.

      Buy out by Gallagher is rocky
