Rewarding helping out students, the pay is good for a part-time job, the hours are flexible, it works well with your academic schedule as a WPI CS student.
Cons
You can be overworked if you don't know how to set boundaries. You're given a set number of hours a week you can work, don't let any professor say you are required to work for more time than you are paid.
