Pros

Awesome culture that emphasizes hiring people that are extremely competent but also people that are humble and easy to get along with. Executive team is all parents with young kids so they understand work-life balance. Startups always have too much work and not enough time but achieving good work-life balance here is possible if you prioritize it. This is the longest tenure I've been at with a single company and have referred my friends to different roles here. Excited to see where we go from here.

Cons

Recently gone through some layoffs similar to ones that other tech companies are going through right now. Still a young startup that is figuring out all the right processes as it scales, would recommend joining if you are excited about working at this stage of company (you will learn a lot in a short amount of time!)

Thank you so much for your feedback! I am so happy to hear that you are having a great experience and enjoying the organization. I appreciate that we all support each other in our outside endeavors (family, fitness, reading, collecting - whatever it may be) as much as we do our professional goals. Scaling a company isn’t simple, and I am so fortunate to work with a company of committed individuals like you as we work to grow. Thank you for your feedback! Meredith Fish VP, People and Culture

Pros

Lots of room & trust to own what you're doing. Micromanagement only occurs if you're not performing and expectations were clearly communicated. Product is a leading contender in the space and consistently improving.

Cons

Upward mobility was tight due to the tech downturn.
