3yThank you for your feedback. It is concerning to hear that you did not experience your leader conducting performance check-ins or encouraging you in your learning journey, as those are important elements of our values and culture.
We have a robust learning program (one that we are adding to weekly with leadership and individual contributor training) and it seems we did not do well in sharing that with you or marketing our learning offerings to your team.
I am also concerned about the fact that you were asked for a positive review, as that is not our practice in any department here. If you would be open to doing so, I would appreciate learning more about your experiences here through a confidential conversation.
