We would respectfully disagree with the characterization of our industry and business. The need for recognition, connection, and belonging at work remains strong and as AI continues to reshape how work gets done, we believe the human side of work is becoming more important, not less. We also maintain customer retention rates in the high 90%'s, reflecting the value many organizations continue to see in our partnership.
