We appreciate you adding your experience to Glassdoor. Given your long tenure you have no doubt been through a lot of change as the business has grown and it’s wonderful to hear you’ve had a positive experience! In regards to working from home, though a formal work from home policy is not currently in place, it is something that staff have done at times, following talking to their manager and HR. We are working on streamlining guidelines, and should any job applicants have specific requests, the HR team is happy to discuss this at the first interview. We also encourage our employees to discuss this with managers and we can review requests in line with business needs.
