Pros

Our product is a positive thing in the workplace Colleagues are fantastic The internal recognition program is great Decent amount of annual leave Pension and healthcare

Cons

Opened a second office during covid when most people wanted to WFH Have cut a substantial number of staff recently and handled these cuts awfully This year they are not giving us a wage increase to match inflation despite the crippling cost of living They flatly refuse to consider a 4-day work week. They are now talking about forcing us to return to the office, which is so out of tune with what their employees actually want and something which will increase costs for employees with transport/childcare etc. We do business with some unethical companies

Thank you for your feedback. The layoffs were an extremely difficult time for all of us, whether you were directly impacted or not. We entered into that process with the best of intentions but like all things we have taken the opportunity to look at lessons learned and have incorporated feedback into some of our internal processes and communication strategies. While a lot of us have been working from home through the pandemic, many of our employees have been coming to the office every week for some time. As an organisation we will always have a mix of fully remote, fully onsite and hybrid workers but we believe a more significant hybrid workforce is more aligned to our company culture and mission or connectivity and deep human connections. Pros

Genuine human connection and collaboration. Great benefits. Autonomy and ability to share ideas that may create real change, at any level. Access to great AI tools and plenty of encouragement to experiment and learn.

Cons

At the end of the day, we are a business. We sell software. Sometimes in order to do that, we have to pivot direction fast or create deadlines that feel rushed. We aren't perfect - but you'd be hard pressed to find a company filled with better people who actually care about the work, the company mission, and about each other.
