Pros
One of the best networks of global leaders in the world. Functions with an entrepreneurial mindset internally which allowed me to have impact on policies and issues I never thought I would.
Cons
Within an exclusive network there were some actors that were primarily interested in self-promotion the philanthropic mission of the organization . I was fortunately given the autonomy to not have to work with those people. The organization has maintained its relevance and dedication to its mission for a very long time.
