Pros
I've been with the company for 5 years and I've always felt supported by my team, management & executives. Salary and benefits are extremely fair. I feel the company does a very good job at recognizing that personal and family wellbeing are a top priority for their employees. They place a premium on personal and professional development, and they encourage a "mind, body, soul" approach to everything we do. We are instructed to take 30min out of each work day to do something good for ourselves (take a walk, online development, exercise, etc.). Management has always been there to listen to issues, personal or professional. I'd highly recommend this company to skilled, motivated people who enjoy being a part of a Global brand.
Cons
No real cons to share. Being part of a global company means interfacing with team members and brands all over the world... sometimes coordinating meetings or schedules can be difficult because of the time difference between regions, but everyone tries to be aware and respectful of this.
