      1800 programmes in 53 countries provides an incredible operating base. Long term presence gives WV the unique opportunity to nurture change over time. Lots of flexible cash.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy is soul crushing. Organization sacrifices programme quality in order to retain its "Christian identity". Lots of mid-level staff with little talent or drive.
