Pros
I got into arborculture with Wright Tree and I'm going to stay. It pays well for the effort put in. Paid for education and certifications that you can take to other jobs in arborculture and siviculture.
Cons
Low barrier to entry and high skill celing yields lots of diffrent people who dont work well together. Rooming with random adults sucks. If you can't be a good roommate with people you dont know or get to choose, you should not do this job because you will loose sleep, get stressed and ether quit, assult some one or start a new vice like drugs or an expensive girlfriend who loves coke
