Being with the animals and making sure they are safe and clean.
Cons
Management does not care about the staff. You would think with teamwork and following the WWR mission, there would be some more positivity throughout the rescue. Unfortunately, management takes advantage of their employees and never gives pride in all the hard work that they do. With the amount of work we do with such little pay, the management team should go back to school and learn proper management techniques.
