Pros
Company makes decision based on students learning and experience, but also on the business side of things. Invest in development of people, Most people are nice and are very capable, excellent in their domain and work. At the branches, everyone helps out one another, and is nice. Believe this company has a lot of potential to go very far. Enjoying my time here.
Cons
Parent complaint, student's progress and withdrawls situation can be stressful. Some teachers MIA or take leave last minute, causing stress even with relief system in place. Part and parcel of this industry, but peak seasons can be super busy.
