You mention 2 main reasons.
1. The vision is not clear:
Our management team is working hard to make sure that our vision is clearly communicated in the weekly team meetings and monthly vision meetings. We will take your feedback and rethink how we could improve the communication of the vision even more. Thanks!
2. The management does not treat all employees in the same way:
We don't strive to treat everyone the same. Each team member is playing a unique and important role in the team and requires different approaches to personal development. We see the strength in the diversity of our team and the clarity of our core values. One important core value is about speaking up and we rely on each other to speak up when we see that there is a disconnect between our personal direction and that of the team.
We hope that this great international team that you are talking about, can see the opportunity we are having right now and feels the excitement the management team is feeling.
