Wunder Mobility Response
6yThank you for sharing your perspective and for providing us with feedback. We are very sorry to hear how you feel about your recent experience.
We feel that each team member has a unique role in the team, which requires different approaches to professional growth and development. We encourage our employees to discuss their individual needs, work capacity, and future goals with their people leaders and work together to create a personalized development plan that Wunder can support in. Unfortunately, providing this feedback anonymously does not allow us to directly reach out to discuss what this may look like for you, but we encourage you to reach out to your people leader, or the People Team, to engage in an open discussion about your concerns around work pressures and your personal growth plan.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 has forced many companies to make difficult decisions that have impacted their teams. Wunder is not an exception. Offering some team members Kurzarbeit was a difficult decision for us but was necessary to ensure long-term stability for our company while allowing employees to still receive a stable percentage of their income to sustain them through this time. This in no way was an easy decision for us, and as we are seeing the COVID-19 situation begin to turn around in Germany, we hope that we will be able to reconnect with those affected on Kurzarbeit. The acquisition of Keaz in no way impacted the decisions made regarding the team and we are convinced this was a strategic investment for the whole team.
Regarding your advice to leadership: Our aim is to always be open and honest with our people as we believe they are the core of our business - our people are the reason we are where we are today and we appreciate everyone who has contributed to our mission. We very much value your feedback and will take this into consideration to improve moving forward.
