It is almost heartbreaking to see this Company change from "big- fair- human" to "big-I don't care-numbers". About the reviews for professional growth, please do not even bother to believe such a thing and ignore them. Have been made "internally" for a better score in Glassdoor. The internal procedures are problematic and dysfunctional. It is funny because if you get hired for a specific position, you are stuck there forever. No matter how hard you work! For example, people from customer support have been there for 4-5 years, and they do not even have the chance to jump into a different department. They will prefer a new candidate, the perfect recipe for burnout.
