XM interview questions

The process consisted of an initial Talent Acquisition screening, followed by two peer interviews, a technical assessment, and a final interview with a peer and the hiring manager. I successfully passed all stages but was ultimately ghosted, with no feedback provided. The position has since been reposted.

Chat with HR(nice experience), short automated technical assessment(45 mins or so), a take home assignment(which took me 2-3 days, it's very open ended though), and a 2 hour technical interview. I wouldn't say any part of the process was particularly difficult. However I didn't pass the last interview, and the overall experience was frankly frustrating, The questions of the interviewers were quite vague(which was in line with the assignment which was very open ended), but they appeared to only look for very particular answers, which is odd. The feedback that I received about why I didn't pass was honestly ridiculous. Spending 2-3 days on an assignment and getting ridiculous feedback, is a reason to never interview for said company ever again.
