Nice working environment. Free to work anywhere. Full chill working. You can take breaks whenever you want. No one targets you for break unless your work is incomplete. You can play music & can work. Full team involvement in work. Work life balance is superb. You can avail leaves as & whenever you want. No need to always be planned for leaves. Doorstep Cab facilility is gem. Along with Mediclaim OPD claim is also separately provided.
Cons
No work from home policy. Pay is less than market. Rehire policy is not there. Very very less chance for growth after being promoted to Specialist.
