      Pros

      A flagship logistics company who support their employees and customer base. Big into Learning and Development and look to aid employees reach their goals and drive internal promotion along with career mapping. Competitive rates of pay, a decent graduate and apprenticeship scheme some additional bonus' including benefits scheme and pension scheme. Highly focussed on working safely, engaging colleagues and delivering best practice solutions.

      Pros

      One of the better LTL companies I’ve been to. Will work with you for the most part

      Cons

      The vacation set up is dumb. No sick days you get 3 weeks PTO for sick and personal days and it’s almost impossible to take a day off you didn’t put in in November of the previous year then force you to use pto when you call in. Some management is ok but most is not the greatest
