Through my experience working here its all about what you make of it and that is with any job. The harder you work the more money you make. Having continuous, open communication with management gives them the opportunity to help you in any situation. Some are better at cold calling, some are better at managing accounts and others are better at helping and guiding others through the process. There is opportunity for each type of sales person here. There is a competitive environment, but we all work together as a team to help each other out. It's a fun, outgoing environment to work in.
Cons
Yes at first the money isn't the best, but when you start to build your book of business the possibilities are endless as far as commission is concerned. There is an overall % and a transactional % which you get paid for each month. Incentive programs also in place to bring out the competition and teamwork across different offices.
