      Pros

      Given a good opportunity to learn the logistics business while furthering knowledge and skill. I enjoy the people I work with and the environment of our office.

      Cons

      Establishing a book of business from scratch is tough. Cold calling can be discouraging and daily and weekly goals add stress. The training program was of little use to practical applications for working at XPO Logistics.

      Pros

      One of the better LTL companies I’ve been to. Will work with you for the most part

      Cons

      The vacation set up is dumb. No sick days you get 3 weeks PTO for sick and personal days and it’s almost impossible to take a day off you didn’t put in in November of the previous year then force you to use pto when you call in. Some management is ok but most is not the greatest
