Great team to work with. Schedules at awesome. You are on a fixed scheduled. You work with Multiple clients. Overall Xact is a great Company, YOU do get PTO, and Insurance, and other benefits

Don't like the every other Sat & Sunday you have to work.I wish they would add 401K to their already excellent benefits. I wish it could be bi -weekly, you get paid on the 1st and 17th of each month

Good stable company with continuous flow of accounts and campaigns.

Not much increase in salary over the years.
