Great facilities and equipment, great fitness product and value for money.
Cons
Upper management appear dishonest, poor working environment, remuneration poor, staffing model puts too much pressure on club teams and lacks scope to deliver on member promise. Frequent bullying at all levels of management, which seems to be encouraged by senior management. Lack of development opportunities.
