Information sharing and benchmarking across the globe was pretty good, but could have been better.
Able to make changes and feel like you're making a difference.
Nice people in the company. Plant I was at had a family feel to it.
CEO has set a good direction.
Strategy for growing the business is to develop new products and reduce "trapped cash".
Cons
Upper management shifts, company let go of some good people and some people left because they were underpaid, myself included.
No rewards for a job well done at the plant level, but upper management gets all the reward and glory.
Not enough information sharing. Some plants are miles ahead of others.
