Pros
I have recently joined the organization and the onboarding experience was one of the best out there. They provide you with all the time, resources and support to get you comfortable and start working. The management is also very good and you can easily approach them for any help.
Cons
They do not provide any dedicated technical training, so if you are someone who is counting on the organisation to provide you with basic training then you'll have difficult time. Though the managers and team members are more than happy to help you in learning things.
