The pay scale is all over the place. A person in a lower position may be paid more than you are. They do random monthly drug tests. They have an anti tobacco policy that starts January 2019 in which they will be doing tobacco tests-yes that's right, tobacco tests..and if you fail for tobacco you can be terminated. They are so much in your personal life it's not even funny.
