Pros

Fixed USD 3.50 salary rate

Cons

Toxic management. HR with no backbone. No tissue in the comfort rooms. Needs to be a sycophant to get promotion. Experience does not count. Switches agent skills and schedules without notification. Unequal perks. 1 DSAT = 16 CSATS. Need to lie to get a CSAT. QA uncalibrated with management. Demeaning call outs on Slack. Impossible metrics. QA not calibrated with management. Has many DOLE complaints. These are just some, but if these aren't red flags to you and if you like to lie at work, feel free to apply.

Pros

What makes XO different than most big corporations where you have to jump through hoops and red tape is that they genuinely care about building relationships, finding the best talent, innovation, and creativity. The company's values aligned with mine right off the bat, and they genuinely care about people and their growth. I've never known a CEO and operations team being so hands on, down to earth, and accessible. When challenges arise, management is always open to hearing feedback and making swift changes. There is always a positive outlook, and fun is welcomed!

Cons

On the other side of the same coin, not being a huge corporation means we are in a space of so much growth and exploration that we don't always have the exact systems in place to sustain it yet. You may have to wear many hats in your role. You often must live in the uncertainty and unknown as processes and new clients come on board and for some, this is not easy or ideal because they want a clear career path. But it means we get to be creative in figuring it out!
