Sometimes difficult to get patients into the clinic due to systemic barriers (e.g., poor transportation services), but this is no fault of YCS.

Flexible, great program supervisor, opportunities to gain experience, opportunities to learn about child development.

No yearly raises, no bonuses, doesn’t pay a living wage. No room for growth within program. Can lead to burn out if not balanced well with personal life.
