Great workplace - Software Engineer YDreams Informatica Employee Review

I met very good people, competent at what they were doing and with an optimistic attitude towards the company. Got the chance to work in some very interesting projects. To bad that they were tricked into working in one of the worst nests of psychopaths I ever got the chance of meeting.

The upper management lives in their own autistic dream world. They don't acknowledge the workers as persons. For them, the staff is like cannon fodder, people to be used and disposed after use. Compensation is miserable, and they reached a point where they don't pay to people for 8-10 months in a row, and expect the workers to be happy and perform well. Complete psychopaths! After all this, they send internal memos with magazine articles about the company,(that they pay for), where the company is portrayed as one of the most advanced and best of the world (and beyond).

Young, creative and fun team, innovation driven, cool office spaces with a kitchen and ping-pong tables. One of the best work environments that I have worked in.

Because 90% of the employees are engineers, there's a lack of business/marketing vision and its very difficult to pitch ideas in this area. Poor time management and prioritizing tasks.
